Our program is open to all boys and girls 4 to 14 years of age.  AYSO's membership year begins on August 1st of each year and extends to the following July 31st.

AYSO is changing the age determination this year. There will no longer be a cutoff date of July 31st.

2008 to 2009          10U

2006 to 2007          12U

2004 to 2005          14U*

2002 to 2003          16U*

 

* If we cannot fill these 2 divisions, we may consider making 1 "15U" division including birth years 2003, 2004, 2005.

Online registration is not yet available. 

You are encouraged to come to a walk-in registration and bring:

 

A copy of the player's birth certificate (only required if the player was not registered with Region 995 in the preceding season).

• Registration fee (credit card, cash or check payable to AYSO Region 995).

• AYSO is an all-volunteer organization; every parent or guardian is expected to volunteer for something. First-time volunteers must present proof of identity:  a current Drivers License, passport, or similar picture ID.

Late registrations are those submitted after the final walk-in registration (see below for registration dates).  Late registrations will be accepted by mail.  Mail two (2) copies of the printed, signed, and dated Player Application Form and a copy of the player's birth certificate (if the player is new to Region 995) to:

Players registering after the final walk-in registration will be placed on a waiting list for the appropriate division.  Placement on a team is not guaranteed. Should a child be placed onto a team (on a later date), the registration fee will be collected at that time.

REFUND POLICY

​

Players withdrawing prior to July 1, 2016 will be issued a full refund. After July 1, no refunds will be issued.

Exceptions: Regular play has not yet started and player is injured and unable to play, or player has moved out of the area.
Requests for a refund of Fall 2016 registration fees must be postmarked by July 1, 2016.  All refund requests must be submitted in writing and include the player's name and a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
